Natalie Garcia was a runner-up in the children’s category of Write South Florida, Under the Sun’s unpublished writers contest, with her story, “South Florida.”   Assistant producer Kenny Malone channeled the beloved Reading Rainbow to create this animated version of Natalie’s story.  Natalie provided the narration and drawings.  LeVar Burton would be proud.
