Would-be Cuban migrants abandoned a risky plan to cross the ocean in a foam boat  this week when their vessel drifted off course. They arrived instead at Havana’s touristy Malecon seafront. http://www.miamiherald.com/news/miami-dade/breaking-news/story/1082388.html
