American fare at “La Vaquita”

South Floridians have enjoyed the convenience of ordering basic necessities at the Farm Stores drive-through since the 1950s. As the landscape of the area has evolved, so has the chain. Nicknamed "La Vaquita" by Hispanics, the stores now sell Latin staples as well. Former Under the Sun intern Julia Longoria speaks with the chain's CEO and with her father, who recalls walking to the store as a teenager with his father to enjoy classic American fare - milk and ice cream.
